Online workshops enable ongoing education during COVID-19

A major, core initiative of NTCA is roaming the country, presenting free workshops each year. For now, the social distancing restrictions of COVID-19 have put the kibosh on in-person workshops. But that doesn’t mean tile and stone contractors, A&D professionals and other industry members can’t benefit from the knowledge imparted at these events.

NTCA has developed a system of online workshops that will start on Tuesday, May 5 at 6 p.m. Eastern Time. Conducted by NTCA technical trainers, these virtual workshops will be offered free in a live webinar format, followed by a prerecorded video demonstrations and an opportunity for questions and answers. Attendees can register for the 90-minute workshops by going to the workshop link under the Education & Certification tab on the NTCA home page (www.tile-assn.com). Contractors and industry members are advised to sign up now for these online workshops. As COVID-19 restrictions ease, NTCA will assess the situation and return to its regular in-person workshop schedule when it is safe for all to do so.
