NTCA set to participate in 2nd Annual Installation Summit at Cersaie

NTCA Executive Director Bart Bettiga, accompanied by current association President Martin Howard and 1st Vice President Chris Walker, will attend the Cersaie International Tile Exposition in Bologna, Italy later this month. The group will join other national and international tile installation association leaders in an effort to share information related to installation training, apprenticeship development, recruitment of installers to the trade, and certification. In addition, the group will begin to explore ways they can work together towards installation standards development.
NTCA will participate in an installation collaboration meeting at Cersaie 2018,
in an effort to build off of momentum developed in 2017.
The NTCA has identified international outreach, recruitment of workers to the industry, apprenticeship development, and certification as major strategic objectives moving forward. This summit will allow association leaders to work on all of these initiatives and to establish relationships with their peers from around the world. |
