With the growing diversity of options in tile and stone, understanding that a “one size fits all” approach can be costly and has never been more important. While not all tile or stone needs to be sealed or pre-treated prior to installation, the everyday issues faced by tile and stone contractors’ pose constant challenges. Among them are the potential for grout staining and / or hazing — these issues cost time and money and now must be considered in both the bid and bottom line.
