    Small Residential Remodel Estimating Course   This new course walks the contractor through what to do when you first arrive and meet the homeowner to submitting a bid to the homeowner and identifying next steps once the homeowner has accepted your bid.
         
    Introduction to ANSI A108.01   This course introduces the learner to the type of information that can be found in ANSI A108.01, General Requirements: Work Done by Others.  Once course is completed, we highly recommend that you review the whole standard.
         
    Introduction to ANSI A108.02   This course introduces the learner to material workmanship requirements for the tile setter.  The main focus of this course is on section 4.0 General Requirements for Tile Installation.  Once course is completed, we highly recommend that you review the whole standard.
         
    TCNA Handbook Specifications Section:   This course focuses on the information found in the section titled Using the TCNA Handbook for Specification Writing .  The course uses actual methods in the Handbook to show where the information from components of an installation method can be found and used by the tile setter. 
         
    How to Find/Use TCNA Handbook Methods:   This course focuses on the information found in the section titled Using the TCNA Handbook for Specification Writing .  The course uses actual methods in the Handbook to show where the information from components of an installation method can be found and used by the tile setter.
