 NTCA hosted Total Solutions: October 11-13, 2007 The National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), the largest tile contractors association in the world, held its annual Total Solutions Conference last October at the Tradewinds Island Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida, in honor of the association's 60th anniversary year. More than 400 contractors, distributors, dealers and manufacturers from across the country attended two full days of educational and informational conferences and seminars. Total Solutions kicked off on the evening of October 11th with over 40 tabletop displays and various door prizes awarded every hour, such as a WII system, flat-screen television, stereo system and digital camera. Total Solutions continued with the NTCA annual awards banquet, featuring the Ring of Honor awards and the presentation of the Tile Person of the Year award to Charlie Bryan from Campbell Tile Company in Greenville, South Carolina. The conference came to a close on the morning of October 13th, when attendees participated in a golf tournament and deep sea fishing excursions, with prizes awarded at both events. "This was the largest attendance we've had in over five years," said Bart Bettiga, executive director of the NTCA. "Total Solutions could not have been possible without this year's sponsors."
